How is the quote calculated?
Based on the original word count, content complexity and translation deadline.
What are the payment terms?
A 50% deposit on commissioning. The balance is payable after translation and before delivery. Payment by bank transfer or cash; invoice by email.
What about urgent translation?
The current website specifies full payment on commissioning and a 15% urgency surcharge. Availability and timing are agreed before work starts.
How is the work delivered?
By email or in person, depending on location and agreement. Postal or courier delivery may incur additional costs.
How are complaints handled?
Report deficiencies within one week of delivery without altering the delivered document. Review and correction are provided at no additional charge.
Are certified translations available?
The current website describes this as a future service. Confirm availability and requirements directly with Shelter before commissioning.
